Party Night Terms & Conditions
Your enjoyment and safety during the party night is of paramount importance to us. We ask that all guests respect the following points to ensure everyone has a fantastic evening.
* All guests attending party nights must be 18 years of age or over and ID may be required.
* Guests are advised that no alcohol may be brought into the hotel. Only alcohol bought on the premises may be consumed on the premises. The hotel reserves the right to confiscate any alcohol from guests on arrival or in bedrooms and/or refuse admission. Security will enforce this policy. The hotel will remove and store any alcohol brought onto the premises which will be returned on departure.
* For the comfort of all our guests, no groups or parties are permitted in guest bedrooms. Hotel security is instructed to enforce this policy.
* We can offer private room with bar facilities if you require a post drinks reception. A room hire fee will apply. Only residents permitted after 2.00am
* Dress code is smart. Fancy dress is welcome at our Tribute Nights.
* For your safety, no drinks are permitted on the dance floor.
* Please respect other guests staying in the hotel and keep noise to a minimum when going to and from bedrooms during the evening
Guests are advised that if refused entry to the function room, the hotel’s decision is final and no refunds will be given. Organisers, please note your responsibilities as detailed in our Terms & Conditions and ensure your party members adhere to these.
