Maintenance Assistant

We are currently looking to employ an Assistant for our busy Maintenance Department.

The role will involve ensuring a high level of maintenance in all areas of the Hotel and grounds.

Previous experience, ideally gained within the 4 or 5 star Hotel market, is essential.

Salary: negotiable
Hours: 40 hours per week on a pro rota basis including weekends

Housekeeping Supervisors

We are currently looking to employ Housekeeping Supervisors with an eye for detail, excellent customer service skills and strong people management skills.

The role will involve motivating and leading a team of people to deliver a consistent high level of cleanliness in all areas of the Hotel and ensuring the housekeeping department adheres to all aspects of Health and Safety legislation. Successful candidates will also be required to maximise guest satisfaction in relation to customer service.

Applicants will also be expected to deliver a high standard of training on an on-going basis to all staff within their teams.

**Previous experience essential, ideally at a Supervisory level.

Rate of Pay: £5.85 per hour
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week

Reservations Agent

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Reservations Agent to assist in our busy Reservations office.

If you have the following skills and experience:

Reception Shift Leader

We are currently looking to employ a Reception Shift Leader to assist in our busy Front Office.

We are currently looking to employ a number of enthusiastic Food Service Hosts to work within our busy Restaurant and Banqueting department. Part-time and Full-time positions are available.

Rate of Pay: £5.52 - Minimum wage
Hours: Vary from mornings; afternoons and evenings

Breakfast Host

We are currently looking to employ enthusiastic Breakfast Hosts within our busy Restaurant department. Part-time and Full-time positions are available.

Rate of Pay: £5.52 - Minimum wage
Hours: Vary from 7am – 11am and 7am -2pm

Restaurant Manager

We are currently looking to employ an experienced Restaurant Manager with excellent people management and customer service skills.

The role will involve delivering a high level of customer service and consistency in all aspects of our customers’ requirements as well as liaising with our customers and other departments to ensure the service level given in the Restaurant exceeds expectations. The role will also involve providing leadership and direction to a large team of staff.

Previous Hotel experience essential.

SALARY: circa £20,000.00 per annum

CHILDREN’S ENTERTAINMENT HOSTS

Part-time, hours as and when required
We are currently looking to employ Children’s Entertainment Hosts to provide childcare for children ranging from 1 to 15 years of age either in the Hotel Youth Club or Crèche. Candidates should possess experience of working with children over 8 years of age as well as the HNC, NNEB or SVQ (Level 2 and above) in Childcare. Any job offer will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure Scotland check.
