 You can enjoy all types of outdoor activities while you’re a guest at Dunblane Hydro. Everything from golf and fishing, to off-road driving can be experienced locally. But we also have a first class leisure facility – Triangle Health and Fitness – available for the use of our guests from 7 am until 10 pm.
There you’ll find a 17 metre pool for a few early morning laps plus a sauna, spacious steam room and relaxing bubble pool. If you like a more vigorous workout there is also a full range of the latest Cybex resistance equipment and Precor cardio-vascular machines. And should you need a massage or other treatment after all that exercise there are two beauty rooms, staffed by highly trained and experienced therapists.
 So why not be pampered with a massage or facial? Guests are advised to book spa and beauty treatments well in advance. Relax and enjoy yourself and don't worry about the kids - there are supervised weekend and school holiday activities as well as regular children’s entertainment under supervision.
